FF: Liquid Sunshine

When I took this, just a couple weeks ago - it look like spring had sprung a tad early as our ornamental pear tree in our front yard blossomed. Now as I sit here and type this, wind gusts are high in m.p.h. and raining like mad. This is Oregon after all, and the rain is referred to as "liquid" sunshine.  

Just a programming note: I'll be getting back to the daily posts again as this week my son was here for part of his spring break and I just didn't spend time in front of the computer.

From The Vault: Of diplomas and externships. It was about this time last year I was finishing up school and trying (right until the 13th hour I might add) to lock down a externship. I wasn't sure what I was going to do once Simpatica Dining Hall had turned me down. Like we always do about this time. I know I said I'd get back to a regular schedule, and I will starting tomorrow with Notes From The Line. It's April, which means it's time for a new menu at Scratch. This is one of my favorite things about working there (besides the people), every month we change up the menu.
